We were in town for a doc appt and thought this place looked good online. Overall, the room seemed clean until I turned on the lights and, bam! Roaches everywhere. The staff was cool though and moved us to a different room that didn't have any. The WiFi was kinda spotty, which was frustrating since I needed to watch my daughter. Dining was good, they had decent coffee.

The location is super convenient, close to Northwood Club and other attractions. The rooms were nice, with new furnishings and a great TV. Staff was friendly, making our time even better. Definitely recommend it for group trips!

The room looked clean at first, but we had a massive roach problem right when we walked in. Yikes! They switched us to another room that seemed better, but the WiFi was super unreliable, which was frustrating since I needed to check in on my daughter. The floors were nice because they weren't carpeted, but the bed was super small and the pillows were flat. Just a lot of mixed feelings here.
